Contact Us
Everything reaches us at one address: support@cover365.in. That inbox is read and triaged by our editors, not an outsourced support desk, which is why we prefer it to a contact form nobody would remember to check. Put the reason for writing at the front of the subject line.
The newsroom, and how to label your email
General newsroom mail, story ideas, questions about a piece we published, and requests for comment from other publications all go to the same place. Start the subject with NEWSROOM and include the headline if your email is about one article.
We read everything. We do not manage to reply to everything, and pretending otherwise would be a lie you could test within a week. Anything alleging a factual error or asking for a right of reply gets answered.
Reporting an error
Subject line CORRECTION. Tell us the headline, the line you think is wrong, and what the accurate version is. If a document, a scoreboard, or an order copy shows it, attach that to the first email and save us both a round trip.
We aim to acknowledge within one working day and to fix or explain within two. How the change is then marked on the page is set out in our corrections policy.
Pitches and press releases
Freelance pitches are welcome, especially on regional cinema, domestic cricket, and technology away from the launch cycle. Subject line PITCH, then a paragraph on the story, a line on how you would report it, and two examples of your work.
Press releases use RELEASE. They are read, filed, and treated as a claim by an interested party rather than a story. We respect embargoes agreed with us in advance, not ones that arrive at the top of a mass email.
Advertising and partnerships
Commercial mail starts with ADVERTISING. Editors pass it to the business side without discussing it on the desk, which is deliberate and is explained on our advertising page. Include your window, markets, and formats, and expect rates back inside two working days.
Requests for coverage, link insertions in existing articles, or a paid mention inside a news piece are declined by reply. That is not a negotiating position.
Confidential tips
If you know how coverage here actually gets made, inside a studio, a board, or a management firm, write with TIP in the subject and no attachments. Describe what you have in general terms and we will come back with a secure route before you send anything sensitive.
Use a personal account rather than an employer’s system or a device your employer controls. We do not publish sourcing details, we do not confirm a source’s existence to anyone outside the desk, and we would rather lose a story than expose the person who brought it.
Privacy requests, legal notices, and impostor accounts
Access, correction, and deletion requests use PRIVACY and are handled by the editors under our privacy policy, normally within thirty days. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA process, and other legal notices should state in the first paragraph what is being asked for.
We publish exactly one contact channel, the address above. If an account or a person claims to represent Cover365 and you cannot confirm it through that address, treat it as unverified and ask us. Nobody here will contact you asking for a payment, a fee for coverage, or a login.
